Whether you're reorganizing your presentation or applying the same format to several slides, selecting multiple slides at once can save you a lot of time. Here are three easy ways to do it.
Method 1: Select Multiple Slides
Press and hold the Ctrl key (Command key on Mac) on your keyboard, then click on each slide you want to select.
Method 2: Select a Range of Consecutive Slides
Click on the first slide in the range and hold down the Shift key. Then click on the last slide in the range to select all the slides in between.
Method 3: Select All Slides
Press Ctrl + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac) to select all slides.
