Step 1: Open the Templates Menu
Start by clicking on the Templates button in the right-side menu. If you're working on a blank page, you'll see the Templates option appear at the bottom of your screen. You can click this to open the template gallery as well.

Step 2: Choose the Template You Need
Browse through the variety of templates available and select the one that fits your needs. Whether you're creating a task manager, habit tracker, or a simple note-taking layout, there’s something for everyone.

Step 3: Preview the Template
Not sure if the template is exactly what you need? No problem! Click the Preview button to see what the template looks like in action before adding it to your workspace.

Step 4: Add the Template
Once you're happy with your choice, simply click the Add button at the bottom of the screen to import the template into your workspace. This is where your chosen template gets ready to be used.

Step 5: Choose Your Workspace
You’ll be prompted to choose where to add the template. You can either add it to your Personal Workspace or any other workspace you are part of. Select the appropriate workspace to keep everything organized.

Step 6: Access the Template in Your Workspace
Once the template is added, go to the selected workspace, and you'll see the new template ready to use! It will appear exactly where you chose to add it.
